Trust
Luke 5:27-28 (King James Version)
“And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me. And he left all, rose up, and followed him.”
-These scriptures are when Jesus was calling his disciples. He went to Levi (AKA Matthew) and said to him, “Follow me!” Levi, without hesitation, left ALL, got up, and followed Jesus. This story displays an example of ultimate trust in the Lord. Can you imagine sitting in Starbucks enjoying your coffee and someone you don’t know came up to you and said, “Leave everything that you have and follow me.” That is what happened. Levi did not ask questions; he didn’t even hesitate. Wow! This level of trust in God seems so far removed in today’s world. However, I believe that it is possible: If we only believe. Lord, help me to believe that this level of trust in you is still possible in today’s world.

It is un settling when you draw close to God. He will require your all.
Who you telling?! I have experienced that first hand. It can be hard at first but when you submit your will it is a blessing. I am at such peace. I thank God!
